With nearly 25 years of experience concentrated in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security Disability, he has represented individuals for a variety of injuries ranging from catastrophic complex head injuries and death claims to individuals who have sustained herniated disks and carpal tunnel syndrome to more minor sprain/strain type injuries.
In the Social Security arena, he has successfully represented hundreds of claimants having them rendered disabled as a result of physical, mental, emotional, and/or cognitive impairments.
Mark began his legal career in 1996 practicing in Peoria County before relocating to LaSalle County in 2003 where he worked as an associate attorney in Peru, IL at Schweickert & Ganassin.

Additionally, he has extensive Appellate Court experience having successfully handled numerous appeals, particularly in the area of workers’ compensation.
- In 2004, he obtained the second-largest personal injury jury verdict in Marshall County history at the time.
- In 2017, he negotiated the largest settlement ever obtained for a workers’ compensation claim with the Chicago Public School District.
- In May 2019, Mark opened Wilson Law Office, LLC.
Mark has made the exclusive list of the “10 Best Attorneys” for Illinois for client satisfaction in the area of workers’ compensation.
